There were 8,945 recorded sales. This is a decline from 10,720 sales in June and July 2009 sales at 11,500. March was the most active foreclosure market thus far in 2010 in numbers. Foreclosure activity as a percentage of the total resale market continues to vary throughout the Valley such as 50% in El Mirage vs. 29% in Scottsdale.
